Cannot recommend them enough! Truly a top-notch company. From the very beginning, everyone has been pleasant to deal with and professional. Our salesman, Darren, was amazing at helping us. April, the receptionist, is so friendly and kind. The installers were great too. We had an issue after installation, with needing some slight adjustments. Charlie was able to solve all issues quickly. They may not be the cheapest but the value of their work and having a company that does well at what they do is worth it. They stand behind their work and they have excellent, high quality products.

Bought new windows and a new Sliding Glass Door from Window Depot USA of the Emerald Coast in March of 24. I used the Florida Safe home program to do this. Paid just a little over 21k for Hurricane impact resistant Stormforce by Wincore windows. Which put a big dent in the checking account but I received 10K back from the State which made it easier to live with. Rod Hamilton was my salesman and he did a great job explaining what I was getting. They installed my windows in June and the installers did a great job and performed the installation in one day. One of the windows cracked a few days later and Window Depot replaced under warranty with no problems. I have waited this long to make my review to see how much my electric bill has changed and it has dropped an average of $120.00 a month. I highly recommend that if you need new windows call Window Depot and ask for Rod Hamilton.

I am extremely happy with Window Depot with my windows and doors. My insurance company reduced my premium by $1,000 for the year after I sent them the wind mitigation inspection after the work was completed, which I did not think was possible now a days. Lol The noise reduction and heat/cold loss/gain after the work was completed is definitely noticeable. All of the documentation needed for the MySafeFloridaHome program was provided in one easy to upload PDF file. Overall, I have recommended this company to many friends and co workers who have also told me the service they were provided by Window Depot exceeded the competition.
